Car abandoned in Batangas yields 2 bodies

BATANGAS, Philippines – The bullet-riddled bodies of two men were found in an abandoned vehicle along the national highway in Nasugbu town here last Thursday morning, police said.

Chief Inspector Renato Mercado, Nasugbu police chief, identified the victims based on documents found in their possession as Aaron Ambita, 31, and Rey Castillo, residents of Cabuyao town and Sta. Rosa City in Laguna, respectively.

Mercado said they found the bodies after being told about a gray Honda City (with license plate XSA 232) abandoned along the highway in Barangay Caylaway.
