Korean missionary found dead in Nueva Ecija

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga  , Philippines  – A Korean missionary was found dead in her bedroom at Doong Ji Philko Mission Center in Barangay Concepcion, General Tinio, Nueva Ecija over the weekend.

In a report here, Senior Superintendent Roberto Aliggayu, Nueva Ecija police director, said In Nyong Choi, 52, was a Christian missionary and just arrived in Nueva Ecija from Manila with her husband, also a missionary.

Aliggayu said that the victim’s husband identified as Hyong Seok Kim, 52, told police investigators that he found his wife lifeless when he tried to wake her up for breakfast.

He said he ordered the Gabaldon police to conduct an investigation of the incident.
