ILAGAN, Isabela ,Philippines – After nearly two decades of trying, this provincial capital town is again on the threshold of cityhood, with its proponents confident to make it this time.
This, after the Senate local government committee led by Sen. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. approved House Bill 5917 seeking the conversion of this town into a city.
