TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – The Commission on Elections has finally served the writ of execution ousting the vice mayor of Bacarra, Ilocos Norte.
Sangguniang Bayan member Jonathan Ramit was installed as the new vice mayor, replacing ousted Vice Mayor Pacifico Velasco, on Tuesday. Vice Gov. Angelo Marcos swore Ramit into office. – Raymund Catindig, Teddy Molina
