MANILA, Philippines - The weather bureau yesterday warned fishermen against venturing into the seas of Luzon due to big waves associated with the northeast monsoon.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said rough to very rough seas will prevail over Luzon with wave heights expected to reach 3.4 to five meters.
PAGASA, meanwhile, said rains will continue to prevail over most parts of the country in the next few days.
