LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines – Joint police operatives rescued a four-year-old Filipino-American boy and arrested three of his kidnappers in a coastal village in Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon on Wednesday afternoon, police said.
Superintendent Renato Bataller, spokesman of the Bicol police, identified the arrested suspects as Lorenzo Dipad, 38; Michael Rala, 29; and Floridel Royol, 22.
Bataller said the suspects had brought the boy to Prieto Diaz town from Cavite but did not say how long they had held him.
