CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga ,Philippines – Police yesterday bared an intelligence report which said the Rebolusonaryong Hukbo ng Bayan (RHB), a breakaway group of the New People’s Army is allegedly planning to kill Mayor Jose Rodriguez of San Marcelino, Zambales.
Chief Superintendent Edgar Ladao, Police Regional Office-3 (PRO3) director said he ordered the Zambales police provincial office to beef up security in San Marcelino town to preempt the plan of the RHB against the mayor.
