BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – Hundreds of passengers and motorists were stranded along the Cagayan-Ilocos border, particularly in Ilocos Norte, after debris from the mountainside blocked the national highway linking the two provinces.
As of noon yesterday, more than 30 vehicles, including passenger buses, were trapped by the landslides in Pagudpud town’s Barangay Pasaleng.
