Rizal bike owners to be issued stickers and ID cards

MANILA, Philippines - The Rizal provincial police would be issuing stickers and identification cards to motorcycle owners in the province in a bid to stop crimes perpetrated by men riding in tandem on motorcycles.

 Operation Plan Pindown would be launched in Taytay town any time this week, said Senior Superintendent Manuel Prieto, Rizal police director.

He said motorcycle owners would be issued stickers with control numbers and ID cards for free.

“Once the program is proven to be a success, it would be implemented in other towns and cities of the province,” said Prieto.
