CALAPAN CITY ,Philippines – An alleged big-time drug pusher was caught in his house in Pola, Oriental Mindoro on Friday.
In a report submitted by Pola police chief Inspector Aldwin Santos to Philippine National Police (PNP) Oriental Mindoro director Senior Superintendent Anthony Alcañices said joint operatives from the police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency arrested Felix del Mundo in a surprise operation in Barangay Matulatula in Pola town.
Police also seized methamphetamine hydrochloride powder or shabu in plastic sachets worth P20,000, an unlicensed .45 caliber pistol, and P2,270 cash allegedly paid to the suspect.
The joint operation was conducted by virtue of search warrants issued by Judge Recto Calabocal of Pinamalayan town regional trial court.
