La Trinidad, Benguet ,Philippines  – A big-time dealer of processed marijuana fell into the hands of anti-narcotics agents this week.

Romeo Basake Kilongan, who hails from Sagada town in Mountain Province was caught by agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Cordillera selling four bricks of hashish to a government agent posing as a buyer at Mines View Park.

PDEA said Kilongan, 43, who is in the “Target List of Drug Personalities in the Cordillera Region,” sells his contraband exclusively to foreigners.
