2 dead in Agusan, Cebu floods

MANILA, Philippines –  Flash floods that hit Cebu and Agusan del Sur due to renewed heavy rains have claimed two lives, bringing to 75 the death toll from the continuing severe weather conditions in the southern part of the country.

Benito Ramos, National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council executive director and Office of Civil Defense administrator, identified the fatalities as Daryl Dave Amay and Ronnie Jupson of Cebu and Agusan del Sur, respectively.
