MANILA, Philippines - Police arrested four taxi drivers and confiscated an undetermined amount of shabu during a raid on a shabu “tiangge” in Iloilo City yesterday.
Chief Superintendent Cipriano Querol Jr., Western Visayas police director, and Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog led the demolition of four shanties used as shabu “tiangge” in a slum area in Barangay Malipayon.
