P.2-M reward out for Isabela slays

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – Isabela Gov. Faustino Dy III has offered a P200,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the killers of two barangay chairmen in the province.
Although the killings were isolated cases, Dy said they felt outraged and alarmed over the attacks on barangay chairmen Alfredo Salvador of Alicia town’s Bagong Sikat village and Wilson Tan of San Mateo town’s Barangay Tres. – Charlie Lagasca, Raymund Catindig
