BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines – A policeman-son of a former Cagayan vice mayor was meted four life jail terms for the killing of four fish traders, three of whom were his relatives, in Isabela eight years ago.
Convicted was PO2 Loreto Alipio Jr., son of former Buguey town vice mayor Loreto Alipio Sr., for the killing of his relatives Rolando Castillo, Nestor Castillo and Louie Castillo, and their driver, Fidel Sosa, on Nov. 7, 2002.
