MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) spotted no tropical cyclone was spotted within the country’s territory yesterday.
But Pagasa said that Bicol, Visayas, Mindanao and Palawan might experience “mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms while the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening” today.
“Light to moderate winds coming from the east to southeast will prevail from Luzon and from the northeast and variable over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters along these areas will be slight to moderate,” Pagasa added.
