SANTIAGO CITY, Philippines – A five-year-old girl reported by her parents as missing last Saturday was found dead in a vacant lot in Cabatuan, Isabela the next day, with signs that she was sexually molested before she was strangled with a barbed wire, police said.
Senior Inspector Billy Mangali, Cabatuan police chief, said they have arrested a suspect, a certain Catalino Torres.
