BALER, Aurora, Philippines – Flash floods have displaced over 300 families in four barangays in this capital town and two other municipalities since Sunday.
Local disaster officials said the barangays of Buhangin and Suklayin here, as well the villages of San Isidro in nearby San Luis and Aplaya, Caragsacan, Davil-Davilan and Paltik in Dingalan were flooded as heavy rains caused the Aguang and Paltik rivers to overflow.
