KORONADAL CITY , Philippines – Clan war or “rido” is being eyed in the ambush-killing of a village official and his security escort in Sultan Kudarat last Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The victims, Jawalli Utto Mambao, chairman of Barangay Pinguiaman, Lambayong town, and his escort, Moctar Ali, were on their way to Tacurong City when they were waylaid. – Ramil Bajo
