MANILA, Philippines - Members of the elite Special Action Forces who were sent to Sulu to help in the rescue of Italian Eugenio Vagni might be pulled out anytime since they have accomplished their mission as the Red Cross worker has been reunited with his family.
SAF director Chief Superintendent Leocadio Santiago said he is waiting for the directive of Philippine National Police chief Director General Jesus Verzosa on the matter. “I think they (SAF men) will be pulled out (from Sulu), okay na si Vagni, yun yung mission nila doon,” Santiago told The STAR. – Cecille Suerte Felipe
