LEGAZPI CITY , Philippines – Three Army men were killed and two others were wounded in an ambush by suspected New People’s Army rebels near the public market in Ragay, Camarines Sur Wednesday afternoon, the military said.
Capt. Razaleigh Bansawan, spokesman of the Army’s 901st Infantry Brigade, identified the slain soldiers as Pfcs. Noel Bagao and Rolly Boy Caitor, and Cpl. James Caronan, and the wounded as Pfcs. Domingo Solares and Ricardo Nelson Salvador. – Cet Dematera, Celso Amo
