5 Chinese nationals arraigned on shabu charges

ANGELES CITY – Five Chinese nationals who were caught with some P50 million worth of shabu chemicals and equipment in separate raids here last December have been arraigned before the regional trial court (RTC) in this city.

RTC Judge Omar Viola ordered the suspects – Yang Hong Liang, 28; Yang Liang Zao, 39; Yang Pei Zi, 34; Lin Asi, 30; and Cang Chunri, 34, all natives of Fujian, China – transferred from the police custodian center to the city district jail at Camp Tomas Pepito.       – Ding Cervantes
