Viet woman found dead in Laguna
CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – A Vietnamese businesswoman was found dead in her car parked in a shopping complex in Sta. Rosa, Laguna Sunday morning, police said.

Last Wednesday, a security guard was taking his rounds at the parking lot when he chanced upon the victim’s car, with foul smell coming from it. He checked the vehicle and found the Vietnamese businesswoman at the backseat.
According to scene-of-the-crime operatives, the victim suffered blunt trauma on the chest and abdomen that could have caused her death. There were no signs of penetrating injuries or strangulation.
The victim’s husband told police that his wife, who was into the realty and financing business, left their home on Feb. 15 to meet someone reportedly interested in mortaging a house and lot worth P200,000, at SM City Manila.
There was no word though if the meeting pushed through.
