BALANGA CITY – A newly retired former police intelligence officer was critically wounded when two-motorcycle riding men fired at him while cleaning his garage in Reyes Subdivision, Barangay Reformista, Limay, this province, yesterday morning.

Senior inspector Joel Tampis, Limay police chief, identified the retired police superintendent as Bonifacio Cacho, 56, married, and owner of Bambi’s Restaurant along Roman Superhighway in Limay town.
