At least 500 protesters have been blocked by police officers of Manila Police District at the corner of C.M. Recto Avenue and S.H. Loyola Street.
The protesters, led by Bagong Alyansang Makabayan, tried marching toward Don Chino Roces Bridge (formerly Mendiola Bridge).
They are protesting the implementation of the Human Security Act, which takes effect today, July 15.
