MAZAR-I-SHARIF (AFP) - A suicide bomber Saturday killed three German soldiers and six Afghan civilians in northern Afghanistan, a provincial governor said, increasing an earlier toll.
"Three of our German friends were killed and two were wounded. One Afghan interpreter was also wounded," Kunduz governor Mohammad Omar said.
"Six of our Afghan countrymen were martyred and 12 others were injured," he said.
