3 dead, 3 hurt in Bataan mishap

MARIVELES, Bataan — A Balanga City-bound mini-bus collided with a speeding passenger jeepney, killing three people and seriously injuring three others, along the Roman Expressway in Barangay Townsite here last Tuesday afternoon.

Senior Superintendent Hernando Zafra, Bataan police director, identified the fatalities as Eduard Mulo, Corazon Tandoc and Beatriz Sunga, all passengers of the jeepney.

Injured were jeepney driver Artemas Baylon, Aristotle Nerido and Alma Mangaliman. — Raffy Viray
