Ilocos 2 most wanted fall

CAMP GEN. OSCAR FLORENDO, La Union Two of the most wanted persons in the Ilocos region were arrested over the weekend in separate raids conducted by police operatives from the regional office here.
Chief Superintendent Alfredo De Vera Jr., Ilocos police director, identified the suspects as Jose Cerezo Jr., 26, a resident of Malabago, Mangaldan, Pangasinan who is charged with robbery with homicide; and Petronilo Passion, a resident of Mancusay, Binalonan, Pangasinan and facing a kidnapping case.
De Vera reported that a P250,000 reward was set for the arrest of Cerezo while Passion has a P200,000 bounty on his head.
Cerezo was cornered by elements of the regional intelligence and investigation division headed by Senior Superintendent Marlou Chan on Saturday at his residence in Tapuac District, Dagupan City while Passion was caught at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday in his hiding place in Villa Sur, Madella, Quirino province.
The house where Passion was arrested was reportedly owned by Librado Raquipiso, a retired police officer.
