23 North Cotabato villages hit by floods

COTABATO CITY Rivers criss-crossing North Cotabato have overflowed due to heavy rains in the past three days, causing flash floods in 23 farming villages.
North Cotabato Gov. Emmanuel Piñol said worst-hit by the flash floods were rice and corn farms in Tulunan and Kabacan towns.
