Aussie, wife indicted

BANGUED, Abra — The provincial prosecutor’s office has recommended the filing of charges against an Australian national and his Ilocana wife for "qualified trafficking of minors and of persons on a large scale" for engaging in the cybersex trade here.

Indicted were Peter Hall, a hydraulic engineer, and his wife, Precilla Bulaay, who were earlier arrested by a joint team of the Abra police and the National Bureau of Investigation after five women complained that the couple forced them to engage in cybersex. Myds Supnad
