Aussie, wife indicted

BANGUED, Abra The provincial prosecutors office has recommended the filing of charges against an Australian national and his Ilocana wife for "qualified trafficking of minors and of persons on a large scale" for engaging in the cybersex trade here.
Indicted were Peter Hall, a hydraulic engineer, and his wife, Precilla Bulaay, who were earlier arrested by a joint team of the Abra police and the National Bureau of Investigation after five women complained that the couple forced them to engage in cybersex. Myds Supnad
