Palawan now with Region 6

Interior and Local Government Secretary Angelo Reyes has ordered the smooth transition of Palawan, including Puerto Princesa City, to Western Visayas or Region 6.
Palawan used to be part of Southern Tagalog "B" or Mimaropa which groups it with the Mindoro provinces, Marinduque and Romblon.
Southern Tagalog "A" or Calabarzon, on the other hand, is comprised of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon.
