The attackers, who were on board a rented Isuzu Highlander Crosswind, grabbed Cesario Fajardo along J. Rizal street and then shot him.
They loaded Fajardo’s body into the vehicle and later dumped it in Barangay San Rafael.
When the gunmen left, Edgardo Ysay, the vehicle’s owner whom they had asked to drive for them, immediately called the police.
