2 more HIV cases in Baguio City

BAGUIO CITY — Two more HIV cases were reported here while four other cases were being confirmed, a development that has alarmed city health officials.

Dr. Cecilia Brillantes, of the city health department’s epidemiology surveillance unit, said they had monitored only an average of one HIV case a year from 1992 to 2002.
