Chief Inspector Dante Novicio, chief of the anti-illegal drug task force, said Felix Mistas, 47, a sanitation inspector II, was nabbed after selling a gram of shabu to a police poseur-buyer in Villa de Lipa Subdivision in Barangay Maraouy.
The arresting team recovered the P500 marked money from Mistas, who was charged with drug possession in 2002 but was acquitted on a technicality.
Dr. Leonardo Ricero, city health officer, said he will not intervene in Mistas’ case. "I will leave it to the court, " he told The STAR. — Arnell Ozaeta
