Quake jolts North

A moderate earthquake shook Kalinga and Apayao at 6:14 a.m. yesterday, but there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties, seismologists said.
The 4.1 magnitude quake was centered 30 kilometers southeast of Tabuk, Kalinga. It was also felt in Cauayan, Isabela and Tuguegarao, Cayagan, which were reeling from the destruction left by typhoon "Igme" earlier this week. Felix de los Santos,
