Jeep falls off ravine; 3 dead, 6 hurt

LIPA CITY A private jeep carrying nine people on their way to a beach outing here plunged into a ravine yesterday afternoon, killing three of them and injuring the rest, police said.
Superintendent David Quinto, Lipa police chief, said the jeep was cruising a winding road in Barangay Halang when its driver, Arnel Sangalang, lost control of the wheel, sending the vehicle plunging into the 100-meter deep ravine.
Sangalang died along with Mikaela Busangilan and a certain Aiko. Arnell Ozaeta
