P5-M pirated DVDs seized

-
CLARK FIELD, Pampanga — Pirated digital video discs (DVDs) estimated to be worth over P5 million and apparently coming from Malaysia, were seized by Customs authorities here Tuesday night.

"It’s the biggest catch of pirated DVDs ever made by the bureau," said Clark Customs deputy chief Errol Albano.

The seized 108,500 DVDs were consigned to five Pampanga residents who, Albano said, were apparently fictitious. — Ding Cervantes
