4 fake BI employees arrested

SANTIAGO CITY, Isabela Police have arrested here four fake employees of the Bureau of Immigration suspected of victimizing Indian nationals seeking residency and naturalization permits.
Senior Superintendent Val-frie Tabian, city police chief, identified the suspects as Neil Calma, 51, of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan; Nordyn de los Santos, 29, of Quezon City; Eufemia Darros, 43, Sta. Cruz, Manila; and Val Maninang, 40, of Tondo, Manila.
Tabian said the suspects had been the subject of complaints from Indian nationals here for allegedly collecting fees in exchange for the processing of their residency and naturalization papers. Charlie Lagasca
