Urdaneta hijack

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan A delivery truck loaded with construction materials was hijacked by six armed men along the MacArthur Highway in Urdaneta City before dawn last Tuesday.
Police said driver Santiago Pelito Jr., 35, stopped by the roadside to urinate when the hijackers accosted him. He and his two helpers were tied up, blindfolded and shoved into a Kia Besta. They were later dumped in Villasis town. Cesar Ramirez
