DAVAO CITY Its business as usual at the Apo View Hotel here.
This, after the Court of Appeals has deferred for 60 days the auction sale of the citys landmark initially scheduled on Monday.
A local court earlier ordered the Apo Views auction sale after Banco Filipino sued the hotels management, Pamintuan Enterprises Davao, for allegedly failing to pay a more than P300-million loan.
The hotels auction was originally set last Nov. 7 but the court granted the hotel managements petition for a deferment supposedly to give them ample time to look for interested buyers.
