3 hurt in Davao grenade blast

Three people were wounded in a grenade blast in Barangay Balutakay, Davao del Sur on All Saints Day, reports from Camp Crame said yesterday.
Injured were Felino Reoyan, the alleged grenade thrower, Arnel Babao and Babaos wife, Virginia. The incident happened at 5:30 p.m. at Babaos house.
Initial investigation showed Reoyan went to Babaos house armed with a hand grenade.
The grenade exploded while Babao and Reoyan struggled for possession.
The wife who tried to pacify the duo was also injured in the process.
Police said all three were treated at the Digos Hospital. Christina Mendez
