7 soldiers linked to studes killing

Seven soldiers have been implicated in the Oct. 1 killing of an engineering student in a resort in Legazpi City, authorities said.
The victim, Joel Asejo, was celebrating a friends birthday at the Mayon Spring Resort when he was gunned down.
The seven soldiers were identified as 1Lt. Romeo Siyang, M/Sgts. Wilfredo de Guzman and Mario Velasco, T/Sgt. Vicente Ganaban Jr., and Sergeants Porthos Reyes, Jaime Onquit and Alex Estacio, all belonging to the 2nd Infantry Division based in Tanay, Rizal.
Only Estacio has been turned in by his superiors to the Albay police. Jaime Laude, Celso Amo
