Rebs kill cellsite caretaker

LEGAZPI CITY New Peoples Army (NPA) hit men gunned down the other day the reported caretaker of a cellsite of Globe Telecom being constructed in Guinobatan, Albay, police said.
The victim, Cesar Orozco Oliver III, 30, who co-owned the lot where the cellsite is being built, was shot dead by three motorcycle-riding men in the town proper, according to Superintendent Pedro Tango, Albay police director.
Police identified one of the gunmen as Alvin Orpiada alias Ka Alvin.
Probers found four caliber .45 empty shells at the crime scene. Celso Amo
