3 children die in Cebu blaze

CEBU Three children aged 11 months to six died horrible deaths Monday when they were trapped inside their burning shanty in the mountain barangay of Luay in Toledo City.
The children, Ellenvic, 6, Steven, 3, and Emmanuel, 11 months, were burned alive.
Their parents, Victorio and Eulalia Fajardo, left home early for their farm, leaving their children all by themselves.
It was the second time in less than three months in Cebu that three small children left home alone by their parents were killed in a fire.
