Former QC police chief new Bicol PNP head

LEGAZPI CITY Police Chief Supt. Rodolfo Tor took over as the new police director for Bicol during a traditional parade and turnover ceremony yesterday morning at Camp Simeon Ola here.
Tor, former chief of the Central Police District in Quezon City, took over the command from Police Sr. Supt. Enrique Galang Jr. who in turn was assigned as the new police director for Region IV-A.
During his one and a half year stint as Bicol police director, Galang facilitated the putting up of a P5- million regional drug rehabilitation center at San Fernando town in Camarines Sur, as well as a telephone system inside Camp Ola.
The rehab center, said Galang, will be operational next year after the training of a 16-man of doctors, nurses, occupational therapists at a drug rehabilitation center in Central Luzon.
