Govt honors 6 labor leaders

The government is honoring six labor leaders in todays Labor Day celebration.
Labor Secretary Patricia Sto. Tomas said the honorees Eulogio Lerum, Democrito Mendoza, Juan Tan, Cecilio Seno, Avelino Valerio and Jeremias Montemayor are being recognized for their valuable contributions to the Philippine labor movement.
Posthumous awards, she said, will also handed out to Andres Bonifacio, Isabelo de los Reyes, Dominador Gomez, Hermenigildo Cruz and Lope K. Santos. Mayen Jaymalin
