Brazilian exec, son escape kidnap try

A Brazilian executive and his son escaped possible abduction in General Santos City last Friday, thanks to their family driver who sped off when armed men tried to block their path.
Gilbert Kohn, 37, an agricultural technologist, his son and driver, Venerado Menil, escaped unhurt even as the unidentified men shot at their speeding vehicle, according to reports reaching Camp Crame.
