Reb hit men kill Zambales policeman

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga Hit men of the Rebolusyonaryong Hukbo ng Bayan (RHB), a breakaway communist group, executed the chief investigator of the Subic, Zambales police last Monday.
In a statement, the RHB said it meted the "death penalty" on SPO2 Aquilino Garcia Manuel for having been involved in offensives against it and in alleged brutalities against civilians.
The communist group also accused Manuel of taking part in the demolition of houses of small fisherfolk in Barangay Cawag in Subic town, and of coddling a drug syndicate in the municipality.
Last Feb. 12, the RHB also admitted killing another policeman, SPO3 Leopoldo Capulong, in Barangay San Antonio in Mexico, Pampanga.
Capulong was on his way to Camp Olivas on board an owner-type jeep when he was waylaid. Ding Cervantes, Ric Sapnu and Bebot Sison Jr.
