Elizalde’s son, 2 DJs hurt in mishap

A son of Fred Elizalde, owner of the dzRH radio station, and two disc jockeys were badly injured when their Ford Expedition plunged into a deep ravine in Tagaytay City early Saturday morning.

Thirty-two-year-old Juan Elizalde, an executive of dzRH’s sister station Yes FM, managed to jump out of the vehicle before it fell into the ravine, with DJs Reymond Flores, 29, and Lanie Tuquero, 25, on board, police said.

Chief Superintendent Domingo Reyes, Southern Tagalog police director, said residents of Barangay Iruhin Central rescued the three and rushed them to the Ospital ng Tagaytay.

The three were later transferred to the Makati Medical Center. — Jaime Laude
